The hotel is located in the heart of the city center, making it convenient to visit the nearby theater and art museum. The staff are friendly and helpful, assisting with dinner reservations and allowing early check-in. The breakfast spread is excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh fruit and other delicious options. The rooms are well-furnished and comfortable, providing a cozy and stylish atmosphere. the metro station is just a short walk away, making it easily accessible to explore other parts of the city.

The hotel's elevator is quite small, making it difficult to maneuver with a baby stroller.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location is fantastic - right in the heart of a charming and romantic area with plenty to explore. The hotel offers wonderful services such as room service, daily housekeeping, laundry, and ironing facilities. Our room was spacious and very well-equipped, with a mini-bar, in-room safe, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV for when we wanted to relax after a long day exploring.

The hotel offered a fantastic range of food options at breakfast, with a smiley and discreetly helpful restaurant staff. The room was clean and of good size, and the bathroom/shower was nice. The location was convenient for our needs. The parking assistance was perfect and the hotel itself was very clean. There was an endless and filling selection at breakfast. it was a very good value for money.

The room amenities were impressive, with everything from ironing facilities to a mini-bar and in-room safe. We appreciated the comfy sitting area and the fact that the room was soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel also had a lovely patio area where we could relax and enjoy the surroundings. this venue was a true luxury and provided enhanced comfort and quality service.

The sonic insulation of my room was weak, and I could hear the noise from the street and the next room too well at times.

The location of this hotel was perfect for my Easter getaway! It was situated right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions and restaurants. I loved being able to explore Genoa on foot and not having to worry about transportation. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, making my stay comfortable and relaxing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to answer any questions or provide recommendations. Plus, the breakfast spread was delicious, especially the freshly squeezed juices and the variety of fruits and vegetables to choose from.

I would have appreciated having laundry facilities available in the hotel, although I did manage to find a laundromat nearby. these were minor inconveniences that didn't significantly impact my experience at the hotel.
